What to Expect~
Step One: Meeting of the Minds

This is the important step of
getting to know each other. During our meeting we will develop a working
relationship focused on creating project goals. These goals evolve from
your vision, lifestyle and aspirations for the property. |
Different elements will be reviewed such as water
features, walkways, planter beds, rock work, landscape lighting, automatic
sprinkler system, soil preparation & amendment, green space and more. We will
review the properties strengths and weaknesses, traffic flow, colors, contrast
and transitions. Drainage patterns, view/screening and overall property
presentation will be carefully considered and noted. Investment strategy for
the project will be discussed and considered. These are all important details
to evaluate during the design process.
Step two: Design Phase

Depending on the size and
scope of the project, we have different options and levels of service
available. Basic design service affords you consultation,
design description and a construction budget. Our
premium design (sample
one, sample two) service has all
the above features plus a concept plan representative of the landscape

Step three: Installation
