West Linn lives on a hillside. From the neighborhoods above the falls to the streets winding down toward the Willamette, yards here come with grade — and grade means retaining walls, terraces, steps, and drainage that has to be planned rather than patched. That's work we do a lot of on this side of the river: our crews are trained, experienced paver installers, we run our own track hoe, and the wall, the drain line, and the finished landscape are one job with one crew.
West Linn also has its share of established gardens — mature trees, older stonework, plantings that have earned their place. We renovate with restraint: open up an overgrown bed, rebuild a tired terrace, fit new plantings around what's worth keeping. And where a garden has room for water, a naturally filtered pond or a stream running down that built-in slope looks like it was always there — a hillside is a waterfall waiting for permission.
We take care of West Linn yards too — recurring maintenance, irrigation repairs and smart controllers — but the work we're happiest doing on this side of the river is the built landscape: stone, water, and planting designed as one piece. Whatever the property, the same family has stood behind the work since 1996 — licensed, bonded, and insured, LCB #6834.
