Our specialty

Ponds & Watergardens

Our signature specialty since 1996. Custom-designed waterfalls, winding streams, and koi ponds with natural biological filtration — clean water the natural way, and less maintenance than grass.

We're the builder that also maintains. Spring cleanouts, pump repairs, and leak calls keep our crews standing in ponds all year — ours and plenty we didn't build — and nobody designs a pond more carefully than the people who'll be back in it every spring. Wondering what one costs? We give straight answers on pricing, in writing.

Year-round care

Residential & Commercial Maintenance

Consistent schedules, clear communication, and one accountable crew. Pruning, edging, mowing, cleanups, irrigation service, and plant health care that keep your property sharp through every season.

Residential care runs on a recurring schedule with the same crew, so they learn your property instead of rediscovering it. Commercial clients — HOAs, offices, retail — get year-round grounds care under contract, including snow and ice service when winter shows up. Either way you're dealing with a family company, not a call center.

Outdoor living

Hardscapes & Outdoor Living

Paver and stamped concrete patios, walkways, seating walls, fire features, and structures — designed around how you want to live outside and built to endure Oregon weather.

Bigger visions start with design — for projects that call for it, our design service works from a LiDAR scan of your actual property, so the concept fits your real grades and spaces. And because our own equipment handles the grading and boulder work many landscapers sub out, the plan and the build stay in one set of hands.

Where we work

Close to home, all over the north valley

Our shop sits on Boones Ferry Road in Aurora — five minutes from Charbonneau, about ten from Wilsonville and Canby — and we work the I-5 and 99E corridors through the north Willamette Valley. Every town below links to what we do there.

Don't see your town? If you're near this footprint — Sherwood, Donald, Barlow, the river communities — call (503) 678-7744 and we'll tell you straight whether we can take it on.

Straight answers

Questions homeowners actually ask

Do you maintain ponds you didn't build?

Yes. We service existing ponds and water features no matter who built them — cleanouts, pump replacement and repair, leak troubleshooting, and seasonal maintenance. Ponds have been our specialty since 1996, so we've seen just about every setup. If yours has been neglected for a few years, that's fine too — a good cleanout is usually the place to start.

How much does a backyard pond cost?

Honest ranges: a bubbler rock or fountain starts around $5,500, a pondless waterfall around $8,500, most full backyard koi ponds and watergardens land between $14,000 and $25,000, and estate-scale natural ponds start around $50,000. The big variables are size and depth, site access, rockwork, and filtration — a stream or waterfall is priced as part of the pond, not a separate line item. Every pond is quoted after a free site visit, so those numbers are orientation, not a bid. The full cost guide on our blog walks through what moves the number.

What area do you serve?

We're based in Aurora, near the airport and golf course, and work throughout the north Willamette Valley — Aurora, Hubbard, Canby, Wilsonville, Charbonneau, Woodburn, Lake Oswego, Oregon City, West Linn, Sherwood, Tualatin, and Newberg. If you're close to that footprint but don't see your town, give us a call at (503) 678-7744 and we'll tell you straight whether we can take it on.

How do estimates work?

Estimates are free. Send the request form on our website or call the office at (503) 678-7744 (Mon–Fri, 9:00–4:30), and we'll respond in 2–4 business days. For project work we'll usually set up a site visit so the number reflects your actual property, not a guess from photos.
