Wilsonville is our closest neighbor, and Charbonneau is practically next door — our shop is five minutes down Boones Ferry Road. When a pump quits or a water level starts dropping, we don't have to cross half the metro to look at it, and small problems caught early tend to stay small.
Ponds and water features have been our specialty since 1996. Around here that means range: a koi pond on an acre lot one week, a courtyard water feature in Villebois the next, and features in Charbonneau that stay sharp to HOA standards without demanding the owner's weekends.
Water features sized for Wilsonville yards — courtyards to estates
Where there's room — and more Wilsonville properties have it than people think, out toward the edges especially — we build the full thing: koi ponds and watergardens with biological filtration that keeps the water clear naturally, streams and waterfalls fitted to the ground they're on. Every build starts with a site visit and a design that fits how you actually use the space.
And not every yard wants — or needs — a full pond. A pondless waterfall gives you the sound and movement of water in a footprint a courtyard can hold, with no standing water and very little upkeep. For Charbonneau and Villebois, that's often the right-sized answer: a feature that earns its space.
Leak repair and pump service, five minutes away
A pond losing water overnight, a waterfall that's lost its push, a pump that hums but doesn't move water — these are quick calls for us because we're already close. If the level only drops when the pump runs, the leak is in the waterfall or plumbing rather than the liner; if it's a slow slide in hot weather, it may just be evaporation. We diagnose honestly and fix what's actually broken.
Cleanouts & year-round care
Spring cleanouts run February through June — drain-down, sludge removal, plant pruning, filter and pump service, refill. Fall brings netting and winter prep. We maintain water features we didn't build all the time, and proximity makes recurring care easy to schedule.
Questions we hear from Wilsonville & Charbonneau
Do you service water features in Charbonneau?
All the time — our shop is five minutes down Boones Ferry Road, closer to Charbonneau than to most of our service area. Cleanouts, leak repair, pump service, and seasonal care, sized to courtyard features and HOA expectations.
Can a small courtyard really hold a water feature?
Yes — that's what pondless waterfalls are for. You get moving water and the sound without standing water or much maintenance, in a footprint smaller than a garden bed. We design them to fit the space they're in.
Do you maintain ponds you didn't build?
Yes. Cleanouts, pump replacement, leak troubleshooting, and seasonal maintenance on any builder's pond — including ones that have gone a few years without attention.
